Pre-booking is done after confirmation of the conditions - ultimately must be confirmed by advance payment of 40% of the final price.
For each customer an individual offer is made, confirmation of its acceptance is a contract guaranteeing the booking.
All prices are gross prices, each customer receives an VAT invoice and confirmation of the resort fee.
